A bit about me / 01

Curious about what could work better.

SC✳

I’m Sergio. My work brings data analysis, machine learning, and independent software together.

For more than six years, I’ve worked across digital analytics and product management, including in a Product Owner role. I’ve shaped product direction, prioritized data-informed roadmaps, and coordinated agile delivery across teams. I use funnel analysis and root-cause investigation to understand product performance and find opportunities to improve it.

That product management experience taught me to look beyond a feature request: understand what users are really trying to do, see where their needs meet a business opportunity, and turn that into a clear product vision and priorities. I enjoy connecting the user problem to an idea that can create real value for the business.

I’ve also built KPI dashboards and Python ETL tools to make performance easier to understand and campaign operations more efficient. In my current work, I use data to understand how digital products perform and where they can work better.

Product management, grounded in data

  • Turn business goals and user needs into a clear product direction and prioritized backlog.
  • Use digital analytics, conversion funnels, and KPI dashboards to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
  • Work closely with agile development teams to coordinate delivery, dependencies, and product increments.
  • Use Python, data science, and machine learning to explore practical problems and build more useful products.

Data science and what I’m curious about

I earned a Master’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics. It deepened my grounding in data science and machine learning, which I apply in my current work and in projects of my own.

I’m especially interested in local discovery, personal finance, and small tools that remove repetitive work. OrdenCheck and Miastivo are two examples of turning those interests into products people can use. I like sharing the product, the outcomes, and what I learn along the way.

I’m open to thoughtful conversations about product management, analytics, and building practical software.
